MISMANAGEMENT. MISSING IN ACTION.
A MISTAKE FOR FORSYTH TAXPAYERS.

MISMANAGED LIFE
While railing against taxes, Adam Rodes didn't pay his own. In fact, the state of Georgia had to file a tax lien on him to get him to pay his bills. Worse, he failed to even apply for a homestead exemption on his own home, and now he's forced to pay almost twice as much in taxes. All because he failed to file a simple form every homeowner knows about.

A MISTAKE FOR TAXPAYERS
Adam Rodes policies would be a mistake for Forsyth taxpayers. Lowering the milage rate without paying down massive debt would actually increase homeowner taxes long term. Rodes also opposes impact fees on new developments and wants Forsyth taxpayers - not out of state developers - to eat the cost of new growth.
